This prorperty had been purchased a few years ago by our client with a view to renovate the entire residence in a completly different way.

Expanding and re-allocating spaces - windows

were blocked up - disjointed levels smoothed.

A tall 1600 wide pivot door in rich New Guinea Rosewood added presence and majesty to the entry.

Spectacular lighting efforts were created to enhance the new sophisticated ambience.

The floors throughout the ground floor were tiled with a rich porcelain in a mix of bronze,
chocolate and amethyst mixing together to create a soothing deep caramel base for the
new scheme.

As a contrast to the sleek shiny tiles a rich dark chocolate carpet was used throughout
the raised living area, theatre and guest bedroom.

The kitchen was finished in a subtle metallic automotive paint.

The entire pool and garden entertainment area was retiled in Himalayan stone, coping
and all - the original fully tiled pool cleaned and refurbished -a bonus being the discovery
of delicate fountain sprays that surround the pool fixed into the band above the water and
so delightful on a hot day.

The house needs little decor - In, spaces speak for themselves, the new areas and lighting with an evening appeal that keeps the owner at home most nights enjoying their lovely home - and Terry's cooking skills have improved immensely with his wonderful state of the art kitchen as a new playground...
