We get to know our clients - working with on a new build can take months or even years from start to finish.  We have a comprehensive fee structure that gives our clients flexibility to decide what their specific needs entail, and we engage with them on every stage of the project.  

Stage 1

We begin with series of meetings that we call  Design Development.

This is a crucial stage where we establish exactly how the residence will work with your lifestyle, incorporating your own ideas and fine tuning them to create a concept  

 

Once this design concept is established we are ready to meet with your builders, drafting group or architect.

By spending this time with our consultant interior designer Suzie Beirne to establish your initial design and fine tune your requirements can save quite a lot of time and money during construction or refurbishment.

 

Suzie will  provide you with an explicit brief and a preliminary plan or layout to take the next stage

 

Stage 2

Creating a finishes schedule will provide your builder with the exact information he requires to prepare a quotation.

 

This is included with the working  drawings as an addendum.  The schedule covers each and every facet of the project  - both interior and exterior.

Finishes for floors, walls, ceilings, doors, joinery, cabinets, tiling, colours and trims, cladding and features all form part of the finishes schedule.

 

Your builder can refer to this as a reference for what you have chosen and where he can find it, suppliers, details and specifications of all products and p.c. items
